Scope and purpose
Data submitted with an enquiry — including your name, company, email address, telephone number and message — is processed to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation and conduct correspondence. The legal basis is consent, steps taken before entering into a contract and the controller’s legitimate interest.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law or until a valid objection is raised where processing is based on legitimate interest.
Recipients
Data may be entrusted to service providers supporting website hosting, email and enquiry processing. Personal data is not sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and transfer your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
